Ms. Milhon has been a patent legal assistant for over
twenty years. She performs various tasks related to the
intake, docketing and filing of all documents in connection
with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
In addition, she has performed various tasks related to
litigation support and patent opinion preparation. Ms.
Milhon has worked with Mr. Lee for nearly fifteen years,
and has been with the firm since its inception.

Ms. Werbow has over twenty-five years of intellectual
property law experience in law firm and corporate arenas
where she has dealt with prosecution and litigation. Ms.
Werbow joined the firm in 2001, and assists with patent
prosecution, docketing and legal opinion projects. She
has extensive experience in conducting research at the
U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, having previously
worked with an intellectual property research company
for many years.

Ms. Robbins joined the firm after working nineteen years
with a company that provides patent data and support services
to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where she was
responsible for patent integrity and post-allowance processing.
She provides patent prosecution support, as well as verifying
and reporting many of the standard communications from
the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Ms. Batjargal joined the firm after receiving her Masters degree in Accounting.
Ms Batjargal is the administrator for Lee & Morse, and overseas all bookkeeping
and accounting functions as well as HR, insurance and benefits issues.
In addition to English, she is fluent in Mongolian and Russian.
