Peter Mack’s four decades of experience in the Intellectual Property field include: counseling of and litigation for national and multinational corporations, intellectual property risk analysis, handling of U.S. Customs matters and International Trade Commission cases, negotiation of intellectual property agreements and licenses, and supervision of patent and trademark prosecution work. An experienced trial attorney, he has served as counsel of record in dozens federal court cases and well over one hundred administrative agency, inter party litigation matters. He has also been counsel for the prevailing party in a number of cases resulting in published decisions that are now leading cases in the law. He is an author and speaker in the intellectual property field and has authored materials appearing in treatise, journal, and law review publications.
